ZANU PF PROMISED 2MILLION JOBS, NELSON CHAMISA PROMISES BULLET TRAINS AND AIRPORTS WILL BE PROVIDED TO RURAL AREAS,..hogwash, but interesting brainwashing vote buying campaign to gullible supporters,..wake up Zimbabwe!

No one can deny that these are immediate issues of concern that the people want to know about as we are all aware from industrial Revolution, that the process of changing from a collapsed Zimbabwe economy into mordern style world economy as in the global village, to which we had been closed off by the deposed former president Robert Mugabe.needs people to understand what the last 37 years under Mugabe, Mnangagwa, Zanu pf stalwarts and securocrats and the military has done to the nation, we need to undertsand what we have lost so far, where the rest of the world is, how best we can re engae with the third world, fit in, align ourselves to mordern day technologies, benefit for the people and be part of progressive development, and the start is simply understanding the Industrial revolution.

Now the first world is two centuries ahead with the rise of Artificial intelligence, (AI) which means simple things such as driverless technogy including driverless cars, trains and trucks, no human labour in industry with robots running factories, 24/7 no rest, breaks, union noise, wages, tax, lights and other costs.
This is real and people need to wake up and realise that , human labour is now being replaced by machinery, and what the third word is fighting for, is basically what the first world achieved through Industrial revolution two centuries ago.

The Industrial Revolution was defined by, socioeconomic, and cultural development using iron and steel, new energy sources such as coal, including vehicle fuels and engine power, from coal, steam engine, electricity and petroleum, long with the development of the the internal-combustion engine, telegraph and radio communication, the development of the steam locomotive, steamships to cross the seas, cars, aeroplanes , all leading to the mass production of manufactured goods in industry.

In Europe the Industrial revolution that occured from 1780 to 1849 was the expansion of commercial activity, which included mass production, assembly lines and early developments

This came with labour division and specialization of skills as such innovations like techniques and organization meant unprecedented growth in iron, wool products, and cotton textiles way back in the second half of the 18th century generally led by Britain.

It is absolutely disheaterning to hear a political leader spew such immature promises to the gullible people who falsely believe that they are heading for real change. It is common sense that, the priority for Zimbabweans who have suffered for the best part of the last 38 years under the oppresive Mugabe, Mnangagwa, Zanu pf stalwarts and securocrats, only seek real change.

This change includes, opening up Zimbabwe to the global village and re-establishing diplomatic and business links with the international world, service delivery in education, health care, transport, electricity, water, employment, shelter and other issues that directly affect the lives of the ordinary people. Bullet trains, and planes are not a priority.

This is a time when the nation should consider the damage that the people are doing, including pollution and climate change. What areal politician should be talking about, to the people are, issues such as lower crop out put, lower rainfall, desertification, loss of wild animals through poaching and human encroachment into wildlife areas, increased resistance to drug treatment, plastic and other polution, loss of sea life such as fish due to plastic pollution, the need for the use of electrifies vehicles as a way of lowering polution,

The people want to hear about improving breathing air quality, the real risk of loss of employment due to Artificial Intelligence (AI) that is fast taking root and clearing doing away with human labour, for example driverless cars, buses, trains and factories that can now operate 24 hours, in total darkness as they are run by robots, which do not tire, do not pay tax, do not take breaks, have no labour unions and run business smoothly only operated by afew individuals who control the software.

This is real and people need to wake up and realise that , human labour is now being replaced by machinery, and what the third word is fighting for, is basically what the first world achieved through the impact of climate change , what we the people can do about it, the impact of sugar in fizzy drinks, food and alcohol, exercise for health reasons, terrorism, billion dollar drugs economy that is destroying the world, fueling drug crime and wars, along with many other issues that have a real impact on the people’s lives.

The people want to know what the future of Zimbabwe is, including how best the future government will embrace the return of the millions of Zimbabweans spread out across the diaspora, their foreign partners, children, and extended families, how best the nation can contribute to saving the climate including the spread of solar power technology, protecting the limited clean water supply we are left with, cutting down on the use of chemicals in farming on live stock and plants, and limiting the contamination to our food chain.

NELSON CHAMISA , yesterday, referring to Zanu pf by the derogatory term ‘Matsotsi, informed MDC T supporters at a rally at Bulawayo’s White City Stadium on saturday that , Zanu-PF are crooks.

Chamisa went on to say that the MDC Alliance, in a four hour meeting, told the visiting US congressmen about perceived areas of manipulation by Zanu pf.

To the discerning eye, maybe Mugabe’s words are finally coming home to roost because Mugabe always warned that MDC are puppets of the west and they want to sell Zimbabwe to western powers.

A few days ago, Nelson Chamisa admitted at a rally that he and Tendai Biti had travelled to USA to call for USA to maintain the seriously damaging sanctions upon Zimbabwe. He went on to tell the people that the sanctions would not be lifted unless if the people vote the MDC Alliance into power. It is shocking but clearly a final admission by Chamisa on who are the real power behind the MDC ALLIANCE,..Mugabe told you!

This is dangerous territory to dabble in as people are suffering in Zimbabwe and millions are spread out across the diaspora because of the damaged economy. It is clear by his own admission, who holds the reigns when it comes to the opposition force, clearly the ones with money, the west in this case and obviously they will push for change, but at acost to Zimbabwe,…mark my words, we will live to regret this intervention and selling out by the MDC ALLIANCE in the 11th hour.

It is folly to assume that Mnangagwa, an illegitimate president because he came into place through a military coup and was ever elected into the post of president, and who has no mandate to rule, disliked by many, would turn around and reverse the gains of the military which along with Mnangagwa liberated Zimbabwe, from British rule in 1980, reform himself and the military out of power.

In his own words, Chamisa said, “I and other alliance leaders had a four-hour meeting with the senators from USA. We had an opportunity to tell them where the crooks are hiding and all the evidence of mischief,” .

Nelson Chamisa then went on to confidently ‘falsely’ claim that he will transform Zimbabwe’s economy by building bullet trains, airports at rural doorsteps for the people of Zimbabwe to enjoy.

Chamisa even stated that “People seem to have issues on my promises of spaghetti roads. We can achieve this within a year as we have enough minerals to develop this country. We have been talking about dualisation of the Bulawayo-Harare highway but I am saying we can actually have eight lanes and people can sleep whilst driving,” he said.

www.newzimbabwevision.com can only say, wake up Zimbabwe! USA and UK, powerful first world countries do not have bullet trains, and here we are dreaming that the Japanese bullet trains and Airports will be provided to rural areas by the MDC Alliance president Nelson Chamisa,..come on Zimbabwe, wake up! This is vote buying talk, which is dangerous as in this age of information technology, it will be his down fall because he will always be held to account for his utterances and taken to task for failing to deliver.

At least, we can all accept that if he makes it into office, he will be sitting uncomfortably in a hot seat where Zimbabweans are now free to talk, challenge oppressive authority and defy anything they do not like including removing afailed leadership, like they did to Mugabe. We are no longer going to wait for an election mandate to hold us to ransom like Mugabe did. Its either one delivers on his promises or he’s out,..easy!

Zanu pf promised 2 Million jobs in their 1013 NIKUV manifesto campaign, unsurprisingly enough this was never fulfilled and today the same gullible Zimbabweans are being promised that bullet trains and Airports will be provided to rural areas, by the MDC ALLIANCE president Nelson Chamisa,…absolute.hogwash, most interesting brainwashing vote buying campaign to gullible supporters,..wake up Zimbabwe!

This will need a clever retraction in damage control eventually by Nelson Chamisa, as he seeks to clear up this false promise, probably, I was misquoted, or that was an MDC ALLIANCE promise not an MDC T promise, and the brainwashed Zimbabwean supporters wil buy the nonsense,…wake up Zimbabwe!

Meanwhile, the MDC-T splinter group president Dr Thokozani Khupe was involved in a car accident last Wednesday along the Gwanda-Bulawayo road just hours before women and political activists pledged support to her presidential bid.

Dr Khupe was travelling in an Isuzu twin-cab which burst its rear tyre with the breakaway opposition leader suffering a swollen forehead due to the impact of the accident. MDC proportional representation MP Ms Priscilla Misihairabwi-Mushonga revealed details of the accident during a high tea meeting held in solidarity with Dr Khupe in Bulawayo. The solidarity meeting follows squabbles that rocked the MDC-T before splitting from the main party led by Advocate Nelson Chamisa.

“Thokozani Khupe was involved in an accident on her way here. So let’s give her time to rest. Her vehicle burst a tyre and she hit her head so it’s swollen a bit, but we thank God that she is here,” said Ms Misihairabwi-Mushonga.

She rallied Dr Khupe to be strong and stand against political, gender and tribal bullies. Dr Khupe was attacked during the burial of the late MDC-T leader Morgan Tsvangirai and she blamed her attack on Adv Chamisa whom she was competing with to lead the party. Misihairabwi-Mushonga called on women to support Dr Khupe’s candidacy ahead of the coming elections.

“It is not right; half of our time has been about protecting men. Thokozani Khupe protected Morgan Tsvangirai to his grave and I sit and hear people saying that they had split. Who was buying groceries in Morgan’s house? Who was the first to put rands (South African currency) for Morgan to go to hospital before Government came in? It is this woman. But because at one stage she said this direction that we are going I don’t agree with it, she was then labelled a traitor and you forget the years that she almost died protecting that man.”

In her message, Dr Khupe said she understood what other women were going through hence she was going to fight in their corner.

“It is women like you that inspire me because when I look at you I see myself. Your story is my story. I would like to state categorically, clearly that I will not disappoint the women of Zimbabwe. I am going to fight to the finish. Forward ever, backwards never,” she said.

People’s Democratic Party president Lucia Matibenga has said that if Thokozani Khupe was weak, she would have succumbed to attacks by MDC-T members, clearly in a veiled attack on MDC T president Nelson Chamisa and MDC T supporters.

Matibenga said there was nothing special about being young and in her own words said, “When I look at this person threatening a woman and the older people I say old people watch out. We are not going to vote for someone who is discriminatory whether by age, whether by tribe or gender, we will not vote for him. Go home with your young age. After all what’s special about being young? We were all young at some point,” said Matibenga. source zimpapers. By Sibusiso Ngwenya
