‘ 70 Killed And Over 300 Injured By Suicide Bomb In Pakistan Targeting Christians Celebrating Easter’

70 people were killed  and Over 300 people Injured in  the Pakistan’s provincial capital  of Lahore by a Suicide Bomb In  Targeted At  Christians celebrating Easter.

Lahore is Pakistan’s  richest and most populous province,and the  Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s home town and power house, all along considered generally more peaceful that other areas in Pakistan .

Sunday’s suicide bomb detonated in a public park and reports are that  the Pakistani Taliban’s Jamaat-ur-Ahrar faction, which previously declared its  loyalty towards the  Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the brutal attack, adding that the target was Christians.

Victims of the deadly Easter bombing include at least 29 children  killed while celebrating a lovely Easter weekend outing

Pakistan is Muslim dominated  state , with an estimated Christian population of over  two million people but with religious tolerance in  existence .
