An eleven year old boy Menzele Siziba of Tategulu Primary school grade six was crushed dead by an out of control Ford Ranger driven by an Upper sixth form pupil Frederick Dube in Bulawayo’s Cowdray Park. The Catalan regional parliament has voted to declare independence from Spain, while the Spanish parliament has approved direct rule over the region. Catalan MPs backed the motion 70-10 in a ballot boycotted by the opposition.
