BASIC INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE LEAVING EARTH: BIBLE 19 SERVING :Romans 12:11 ‘Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord ’
Serving is an important part of life, whether voluntary or church service and God teaches us through the bible, the ways that please him through our service. Here are some verses to encourage people to serve God in various ways including voluntary service and charity. God bless you all. Remember :2 Timothy 3:16-17 ’16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work’.
1-Matthew 23:11 ‘The greatest among you will be your servant’
2-1 Peter 4:10 ‘ Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms’.
3-1 Samuel 12:24 ‘ But be sure to fear the Lord and serve him faithfully with all your heart; consider what great things he has done for you’
4-John 12:26 ‘Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me’
5-2 Chronicles 15:7 ‘But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded.’
6-Matthew 20:27-28 ’27 and whoever wants to be first must be your slave— 28 just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.’

If you seek him, he will be found by you; but if you forsake him, he will reject you forever’.
13-Galatians 5:13 ‘You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh[a]; rather, serve one another humbly in love’.
14 Hebrews 9:14 ‘How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death,[a] so that we may serve the living God!’
15-Romans 7:6 ‘But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.’
16-Romans 12:1 ‘Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship’.
