AN underage commuter omnibus driver, Junior Peter Gopito, 20, ploughed through a roadblock and dragged a police officer for about 30 metres, a magistrate heard yesterday. A former Communist-era prison commander has been sentenced to 20 years in jail after being convicted of crimes against humanity in the first such trial in Romania.
