HE director of Mental Health Services in the ministry of health Dorcas Sibanda Tuesday begged for support from well-wishers to assist the government source anti-epilepsy drugs. A KWEKWE man has been slapped with a 45-year jail term after he raped and infected his eight-year-old niece with HIV.
