On Zimbabwe’s iconic election day, the first election in almost 40 years without Mugabe’s name, the deposed despot former president Robert Mugabe, has been stripped of the diplomatic immunity she was granted over an alleged attack on a nightclub hostess in Johannesburg last year.

This came about after the High Court in South Africa set aside a previous decision by the South African government to grant the motor mouth former first lady Grace Mugabe immunity from prosecution, after a successful legal challenge by Gabriella Engels, her alleged victim. The High Court in South Africa ruled that the decision had been inconsistent with provisions in the constitution. This means that if ever Grace Mugabe sets foot in South Africa, she will be swiftly arrested, prosecuted and jailed for the violent attack on Gabriella Engells with a switch cord.

The discerning eye WWW.NEWZIMBABWEVISION.COM says that this is already raising questions in everyone’s mind as to , what are the chances of stripping Mugabe of the immunity granted to him by Mnangagwa as a step towards recovering the missing US$15 Billion dollars and prosecuting Mugabe over his past crimes against humanity such as gukurahundi, murambatsvina, Chiadzwa, murderous white farmer invasions , opposition and Zanu pf eliminations. Its a real and pending possibility, considering that Mugabe this weekend held a press conference where he stated that  he will not vote for president Emmerson Mnangagwa, Mnangagwa immediately flexed his muscle and withdrew all nine security from   Mugabe’s Blue roof residence. The 9 soldiers  guarded the premises  but were swiftly  removed after the press conference, though they went on to deliberately  vandalise the House they were using, at the blue roof residence…interesting!By Sibusiso Ngwenya, More news to follow,
