EMMERSON MNANGAGWA FILES OPPOSING PAPERS TO THE MDC ALLLIANCE LEADER NELSON CHAMISA’S election petition challenging the Mnangagwa’s victory in the harmonised election of 30 July 30 2018. This was done through the through the Zanu pf lead defence counsel Advocate Lewis Uriri who confirmed that the opposing papers have been filed at the Constitutional Court, and they are ready to argue the election victory issue.
“We have filed our opposing papers,” said Adv. Uriri adding, “We will show the court that Chamisa’s lawyers had until Friday 10 am to file and serve their papers. More news to follow. By Sibusiso Ngwenya
