‘I Will Personally Mobilize Zimbabweans To Occupy And Confiscate Mugabe’s Blue Roof Mansion’-Democracy Activist

President Robert Mugabe’s private mansion known as the Blue Roof.
Exiled human rights defender and democracy activist Nkosilathi Emmanuel Moyo (29) has made sensitive assertions that he is planning to mobilize people in the post Mugabe era to occupy and confiscate President Mugabe’s private mansion known as the Blue Roof.
The multi-million dollar mansion which is located in Borrowdale, Harare was built at a time millions of Zimbabweans were wallowing in abject poverty and it is the first family’s private property. ‘In the post Mugabe era I want to mobilize people, victims of Gukurahundi, Murambatsvina and 2008 post -election violence to join me in peaceful march where we will go, occupy and confiscate President Mugabe’s Blue Roof mansion.
Yes we will take it and turn it into a museum which will be known as ‘Gukurahundi Museum’ where we will put all the exhibits, the history of all the atrocities, gross human rights violations and the suffering we went through during President Mugabe’s decades of misrule’ Moyo told Bulawayo 24.

The 29 year old human rights defender who reportedly fled the country after being hounded by the CIO after sending President Mugabe a prison uniform as a birthday present told Bulawayo 24 that he will personally evict the Mugabes from that house in the post Mugabe era.

‘I will make sure the First Family is peacefully evicted from that house without any compensation. Compensation for what? How many houses of suspected opposition activists did Mugabe burn down? How many were left homeless and dispersed by Operation Murambatsvina? So we will occupy Blue Roof mansion and evict President Mugabe’s family without any compensation.
Then we will turn it into a Gukurahundi Museum and a tourist attraction where Mugabe’s legacy of oppression and brutality will be remembered. Revenue which will be generated from that museum will be used to support orphans and widows of the 2008 post elections violence and other victims of Mugabe’s brutality’ he said.

Moyo is also a writer of four political books which criticizes President Mugabe’s misrule, the books are namely ‘Zimbabwe A Revolution Waiting To Happen’ ‘Robert Mugabe from Freedom Fighter To The People’s Enemy’ and ‘The Rise of Grace Mugabe-The Fall of ZANU PF’.  By Nkosilathi Emmanuel Moyo – Source-bulawayo24
