THE Zanu PF Harare East MP Terence Mukupe has said if the rule of law which has been all along preached by the opposition political parties and civic groups has to render citizens suffering then to hell with it.

Mukupe said that in reference to the demolition of people’s houses in parts of Harare in the view that they had settled in undesignated areas and without authority from the council.

“If the rule of law causes the suffering of our people then to Hell with it! The demolition of houses of the poor has to stop! My heart bleeds for the homeless in my constituency whose houses are being demolished and the rains are upon us! I reiterate to Hell with laws that cause the suffering of the majority!” he said.Source: Byo24News
