‘MINI BEAST FROM THE EAST’-100 FLIGHTS CANCELLED TODAY BY HEATHROW AIRPORT as poor weather dubbed the ‘MINI Beast from the East’, a cold spell with winds and snow from Siberia returns toEurope.

It is reported that between 15000 and 16000 passengers have been affected by the return of the poor weather dubbed the ‘MINI Beast from the East’, a cold spell with winds and snow from Siberia across Europe.
 
Heathrow Airport in Britain has cancelled 100 flights today because of icy conditions. The cold spell is not expected to be as bad as previously when the ‘Beast from the East’ arrived, a few weeks ago and its expected to ease up by Tuesday next week.
 
Sheffield has already cancelled today’s St Patrick’s day celebrations and South Yorkshire are calling upon the public to avoid using the transpennine routes which are mountainous areas. the snow and cold is not as intense as before and expected to ease up as temperatures begin to return to normal temperatures from Tuesday.
