Mnangagwa appoints Zimbabwe’s Ambassador to South Africa and Lesotho, Isaac Moyo as the Director- General of the traditionally feared, brutal Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO)

ZIMBABWE’S PRESIDENT Emmerson Mnangagwa has appointed Zimbabwe’s Ambassador to the Republic of South Africa and United Kingdom of Lesotho Isaac Moyo  as the Director- General of the traditionally feared, brutal Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO) with immediate effect, replacing the Retired Major-General Happyton Bonyongwe who is  Zimbabwe’s shortest-serving Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Minister having only served three months under Mugabe.
