MNANGAGWA removes Harvard MBA holder ZANU PF Sec for Commissariat Engelbert Rugeje and replaces him with Victor Matemadanda

Victor Matemadanda the former Secretary for War Veterans now replaces the former ZANU PF Secretary for Commissariat Engelbert Rugeje in the powerful office though Rugeje the former chief of staff for the Zimbabwe National Army remains a Politiburo member.
Originally Rugeje took over the Zanu pf Commissariat post from the exiled Saviour Kasukuwere and the latest calculated move by Mnangagwa to block any move to block attempts to remove him through a Special Congress using ZANU PF structures.
Its reported that Rugeje, is a Lancaster University graduate also holds a Master of Defense and Strategic Studies degree , a Master of Laws degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University. More news to follow. By Sibusiso Ngwenya
