MNANGAGWA IS APPLYING SELECTIVE JUSTICE: Take a look at all the arrests happening around the country in Mnangagwa’s sweep up of corrupt authorities. Yes we all agree they looted but why is it that they are only Grace Mugabe G4Ocamp aligned Zanu pf. G40 are the team that was a faction to Mnangagwa’s Lacoste team.
The question I have, is how serious are these people when its the same people who all along swept corruption under the carpets, made billions from it, built million dollar mansions and hid stolen cash in family, friends and offshore accounts worldwide. The big criminals, particularly Mnangagwa, Zanu pf Lacoste faction and securocrats who we all know are aligned to Mnangagwa have been left untouched. All we as Zimbabweans did by removing Mugabe was help strengthen Mnangagwa and mis military backing as they now hold the reigns and will never reform Zanu pf out of power.
We literally jumped from the frying pan into the fire as Grace Mugabe had already successfully destroyed Zanu pf, dismissed Mnangagwa and forced him into exile. Mugabe was now a weak defenceless opponent against a militant Zimbabwean people desperate for change and would not have been abig challenge next election even if he had made Grace Mugabe his successor.
She unwittingly was a people’s favourite because of her hunger for power as she was destroying securocrats especiuilly the military but unfortunately when they saw Mnangagwa fall , they knew it was either they also fall or get rid of the power hungry woman as she didn’t really care about a 94 year old man, being a pretty 51 year old.
We celebrate such warped or selective justice where small criminals are arrested yet the real criminals are rewarded with cabinet posts and others like Mugabe rewarded with lump sum payments of US$10 million, multiple cars, entertainment allowances, offices, flights, security, homes and other packages which most Zimbabweans would never accumulate even if they lived two life times. How can a legitimate regime justify letting go of US$15 billion dollar criminals with such hefty golden hand shake yet arrest and lock away petty cash thieves. I believe especially when opposition gtake over that Mugabe’s pension package must be reviewed, withdrawn back into state coffers and redistributed where its most needed, education, health care, housing, employment, electricity, water and other development initiatives for the people of Zimbabwe.
