Mnangagwa& Mphoko To Share Acting Presidency Of Zimbabwe Interchangeably,Whilst Mugabe Goes On Annual Leave

In typical ‘Animal Farm circus style’, President Mugabe will shortly  take his annual leave from incessant Globe trotting soon.
Zimbabwe being the circus that it has now descended into, under the auspices of Mugabe, Zim1 family, Zanu PF stalwarts and securocrats will see an unprecedented development where, according to information received by www.newzimbabwevision.com , both Vice-Presidents Emmerson Mnangagwa and Phelekezela Mphoko will  joint ly act  as Zimbabwe’s Presidents , in the absence of  the despot President Robert Mugabe.
Mugabe has split his absence from office to his two deputies who will act as President.  Mnangagwa and Mphoko will take office alternately beginning with Vice President Phelekezela Mphoko, who will be replaced by Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa in the second half of Mugabe’s leave.
If the inevitable was to happen or some misfortune, incapacitating the president,  resulting in his permanant failure to take up office again, our new constitution dictates that the last Vice President, acting as  President of Zimbabwe will automatically take assume the post of President for 90 days, subsequently the ruling party will start the process of  selecting a new  leader  to run the government until the end of the remaining term of office of the incapacitated president. by Sibusiso Ngwenya
