MALAWI’S EX PRESIDENT JOYCE BANDA, , the second woman to lead an African country, returned to Malawi today , Saturday 28/04/18 at mid day after spending four years in self-imposed exile.
In 2012, the brother to the current Malawi president Mutharika the late Bingu wa Mutharika died in office and Joyce Banda rose to power.
