POLICE PURGE: Three deputy police commissioner-generals -namely deposed former President Robert Mugabe’s nephew Innocent Matibiri, Josephine Shambare and Levi Sibanda and two commissioners were on Friday retired, reportedly  leaving Stephen Mutamba as the only deputy to Zimbabwe’s Police Commissioner-General Godwin Matanga.
