SOUTH AFRICA HIGH COURT LEGALISES CANABIS/ MBANJE/ MARIJUANA/ DAGGA USE, by adults in private places, look how far we have come!

This is yet another development on the African continent, as earlier on in April 2018 Zimbabwe joined the cannabis/marijuana / marijuana/ mbanje legalisation trend by becoming the second country in Africa, after Lesotho, to legalise the use of marijuana / Cannabis/ marijuana/ mbanje for medical use.Image may contain: 1 person, sitting

South Africa’s parliament has 24 months to change the law in line with the court ruling. However it is important to note that the South African court has not approved cannabis trade therefore the government can not profit from taxing a legalised industry.

Pro-marijuana activists in South Africa are celebrating because the court ruling is a sign of liberalisation in the hard won independance and constitution now with the right to grow and smoke your own marijuana in private, cheered in the public gallery and chanted. This is bound to initially be a major challenge for the legal system as thousands of South Africans are either arrested or jailed simply for possession of cannabis for personal use,..interesting!

www.newzimbabwevision.com says, we the people of Africa, the blacks who long ago used to smoke weed that was growing wild , decended from the mountains to live civilised lives,..look how far we have come, now we can grow and smoke it with court approval,…now thats what I call freedom,.Zimbabwe and South Africa are open for business….yeah right!
