TRAGEDY struck a wedding party in Bulawayo yesterday when three bridesmaids sustained injuries after a vehicle they were travelling in veered off the road and plunged into a ditch. The bride, who was meant to be travelling in the same vehicle, was somehow persuaded not to board the ill-fated car at the last minute. A woman, who declined to talk to The Chronicle, cried uncontrollably at the accident scene.
