New zimbabwe vision has received information from contacts on the ground, that the opposition party,  People’s Democratic Party  (PDP)’s Provincial Secretary for Security , Elliot Shelton is suspected to have been kidnapped  by suspected members of the ruthless Zanu PF security operatives.
