A SENIOR cop allegedly raped a 16-year-old suspect who was in police custody at Madlambuzi Police Station in Bulilima and tried to buy her silence with R50. Assistant Inspector Moffat Mugande reportedly further threatened the juvenile with life imprisonment if she reported the matter.
