Prosecuting Bheki Tshabalala

A  witchdoctor from Lupane has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after he raped his seven year-old daughter. The 45-year-old father, who cannot be named to protect the identity of the minor, will however serve an effective 18 years after the magistrate suspended two years on conditions.
