Unseating ‘Black Oppressors Of Blacks’

In Zimbabwe, the Despot president Robert Mugabe, stems from a generation of defiant African post-independence leaders, like Ghana’s Kwame Nkrumah and Zambia’s Kenneth Kaunda, Tanzania’s Julius Nyerere, and South Africa’s Nelson Mandela who fought colonialism in order to free their nations.

It is unfortunate that whilst some leaders strive to better their people, for other leaders, the taste of power, is literally a dictator’s down fall as they soon fall into the trap of strengthening their oppressive and partisan military and police forces, implement draconian laws to suppress democracy, freedom of speech and opposition, monopolise wealth and power, whilst looting and killing with impunity.

To the discerning eye, an oppressed people are forced to walk the fine line between ‘Ballot and Bullet and could easily fall either side of the line and change the political dispensation either for or against themselves depending on personnel, equipment, strategies and timing and excecution of chosen tactics.

The question is, ‘Does anyone in their right frame of mind, imagine that after 35 years of looting, human rights crimes, self enrichment and repeated vote rigging, Mugabe, Zanu PF stalwarts, Zim1 Family and securocrats would suddenly sit back and calmly hand over the Republic to its rightful owners, the people of Zimbabwe?

Common sense dictates that, the failure to pay bonuses, civil service, army and police retrenchments, absence of electoral reforms and presence of corruptly amassed wealth is the clearest evidence that, there is no point in sitting back and waiting for the obvious in 2018,…another electoral victory, in yet another stolen ballot by Mugabe and his Zanu PF.

The mass forced exile of citizens across the diaspora, unemployment over 80%, a dead economy, poor service delivery with run down education, health care, electricity and water supplies speak volumes about Zanu PF’s inability to kick start the economy. All these struggles, coupled with the deadly factionalism in Zanu PF and Mugabe’s advanced age call for action now rather than later.

As a people, it is incumbent upon us all to rise up in absolute defiance to oppressive authority, sacrifice once and for all, destroy and remove every trace of the evil Zanu PF regime as we have all learnt by now that the people’s fear is what has empowered the despot regime.

Mugabe is a certified murderous despot, waiting or not waiting for 2018 is the same thing,…either way you die. Mugabe and his Zanu PF are typically at their weakest yet opposition are too fragmented and focused on fighting between and amongst themselves instead of uniting against a common enemy and shaping a formidable force capable of removing Mugabe and his Zanu PF,…now,…not later!

Initially it is admirable to be free of colonial oppression but at a given point, politics of revolution or liberation struggle mantra, loses relevance to a hungry, destitute people, who see the wealth dispairity they inadvertently forced upon themselves by empowering a despot to dig in his heels,..’Handiende,..I’m not leaving!

Suffice it is to say, Mugabe Must Go at all costs. We need a plan now,..its better to die trying to remove the despot than die doing nothing, so, wake up Zimbabwe…you do the maths!
