VICE PRESIDENT CONSTANTINO CHIWENGA IS hospitalised in South Africa, after falling sick and abruptly leaving a politburo meeting on 2 October 2018 when he fell violently sick, and was rushed to hospital later the same night.

Chiwenga again reappeared in public on 4 October 2018 at a Zanu PF politburo meeting, with visible signs of swelling on his hands, but the ex Zimbabwe Defence Forces commander failed to attend Cabinet this week after being airlifted to South Africa.
Chiwenga is reportedly in a poorly state and his wife is said to be with himalthough she has her own medical complications from a heart problem.
Reports show that the RTD Gen Chiwenga and his wife, Mary, have a similar medical problem which causes swelling of hands and feet and both have also lost their skin pigmentation across their whole bodies, a condition that reportedly started after the RTD Gen led the Operation Restore Legacy Coup which removed exPresident Robert Mugabe in November 2017.
Zimbabwe’s doctors have failed to diagnose their ailment.
Zimbabwe’s Foreign affairs Minister Sibusiso Moyo , who broke out the news to the world that the military was now in charge and Mugabe was now under house arrest, is also battling for life , recovering from a recent operation in hospital at Harare’s Avenue’s hospital.
It certainly does not rain but it pours for Zanu pf , as Justice Minister Ziyambi Ziyambi has also reportedly fallen ill with an undisclosed ailment and is being attended to by Harare doctors.
