‘ Violet Makoto Collapsed In Ntabazinduna, And Blamed It On Heat And Hunger’

Forestry Commission Spokesperson, Violet Makoto caused a stir today when she collapsed during a media tour and blamed the move on hunger.

Makoto, a former ZBC presenter in Bulawayo collapsed at Ntabazinduna in the presence of is the current Minister of Water, Environment and Climate,  Oppah Muchinguri  and her immediate boss deputy general manager, Abedinico Marufu.

“It’s true that Violet collapsed in a dramatic manner.  She caused panic among the touring party including Muchinguri.

“After she was resuscitated, she claimed she was hungry and had been exposed to the heat for too long. She was not her usual self after that,” said a source who witnessed the incident.

Forestry Commission  was touring Mafanisa Acacia GeneBank in Ntabazinduna which is one of many research trial being carried throughout the country to develop and provide suitable genotypes that adapt well to local environments.Source – Byo24News
