VP Mphoko , 288 Days In 5Star Rainbow Towers Hotel 17th Floor Executive Suite

Whislt Zimbabwe is reeling from the effects of a dead Zanu PF created economy, joblessness and no electricity service delivery, vice president  Phelekezela Mphoko is still living large, at the  five-star Rainbow Towers Hotel in Harare.
He has now , registered a total of 288 days  in the hotel starting form his appointment to the post of Zimbabwe’s second vice president in December 2014 , living in the hotel’s executive suite since December 14, in 2014.

Government  has reportedly spent a total of at least US$120 000 for this flamboyant bed and breakfast stay.

He was reportedly issued a  Gunhill suburb in Harare, whose neighbours were forcibly moved as a security measure.

The  Vice President’s Mozambican wife,  Mrs Laurinda Mphoko is said to have so far rejected at least three houses, which include a US$3 million mansion in the posh Harare surburb of  Ballantyne Park,as it was deemed too small for such an’ important person’, whilst  VP
Mphoko , also reportedly rejected mansions whose occupants were  formerly the late Zimbabwe’s president, Joshua Mqhabuko, Nyongolo Nkomo and Joseph Msika in Harare’s posh Mandara suburb as the properties had a history and the Mphoko family wanted their own fresh start.

Mphoko is staying in a not for the faint hearted , costly executive suite , which is found on the hotel’s 17th Floor at the Rainbow Towers Hotel, and costing  a whopping US$403 bed and breakfast daily bill, in which Lunch and dinner are charged at  US$15 per meal.

Because  the vice president is reportedly living with his grandchild, it has also been established that the hotel charges an additional US$130 a night for the child’s extra bedroom in the same suite for a maximum of two children.
This is typical of the despot, Mugabe’s, corrupt, criminal Zanu PF caucus of ‘ filthy rich multimillionaires Black oppressors of Blacks’ made up mainly of Zanu PF stalwarts, ZIM1 family and Securocrats , who enjoy life whilst Zimbabweans are destitute. By Sibusiso Ngwenya
