35) PARIRENYATWA GROUP OF HOSPITALS is in amajor water crisis due to erratic supplies from the City of Harare amid calls to prioritise health facilities in the rationing exercise.
36) Former Hurungwe West legislator , later Norton MP, Themba Mliswa , who is actually Emmerson Mnangagwa’s nephew and the same time former secretary for Administration Didymus Mutasa’s nephew was arrested approximately 80 times by the retired Zimbabwe police Commissioner General Augustine. The Zanu-PF National Disciplinary Committee then chaired by Vice President Phelekezela Mphoko. originally dismissed Mliswa from Zanu pf on various charges, including undermining the party and its leadership. It is rightfully the people’s view that it cannot be difficult to address problems he so well knows about and he beneffited from and was a cause himself of them because he knows what needs to be sorted out and how to go about it.
42) RTD Brig Gen Ambrose Mutinhiri has resigned from both his Zanu pf Marondera West constituency and Zanu pf saying Zanu-PF, the government, and state institutions have been “captured” by the military, which was a violation of the constitution of Zimbabwe after Mugabe had briefed African Union (AU) Commission chair Moussa Faki Mahamat that his removal in November 2017 was ‘unconstitutional’ and a violation of the Zimbabwe constitution.

The real question is that, we still havent come to 2020 and Mnangagwa was part of the Vision 2020 programme, how foolish would you be, to actually belive such deceitful leadership will deliver vision 2030. Just to highlight to the people of Zimbabwe, how much has been sold by the Mnangagwa, Zanu pf stalwarts and securocrats as economic recovery plans to stabilise the country, yet only served to benefit these criminals through the entropy they created, are such policies as ESAP (1991-1995), ZIMPREST (1998-2000), Millennium Economic Recovery Programme 2001, National Economic Development Priority Programme (NEDPP), 2006 and the still-born Zimbabwe Economic Development Strategy (ZEDS) 2008-2013,
STERP an emergency short-term stabilisation programme to run from February 2009 to December 2009 as part of the implementation of the Global Political Agreement. I bet you most Zimbabweans even the highly educated ones were not aware that such programmes existed and were pushed as part of Zimbabwe’s economic recovery programmes.
You the people were kept in the dark about these programmes while the IMF and the World bank financed these government programmes and the money only served to enrich the criminal Mugabe, Mnangagwa, Zanu pf stalwarts and securocrats pockets, while cementing their power, dictatorship and also inadvertently financingweapons importation, effectively destroying the very principles of democracy upon which the West mould themselves as.
Wake up Zimbabwe, you are being brainwashed as before to believe in long term goals so that you disband opposition, militancy, activism and stop generating public and international awareness, case in point Vision 2020, Zimprest, and other flowery Zimbabwe economic policy documents that were designed to brainwash people, fatten the Mugabe, Mnangagwa, Zanu pf stalwarts and securocrats pockets as they looted the nation continuously. Mnangagwa, Zanu pf stalwarts and securocrats must all go!
The biggest mistake that Mnangagwa has done is to fail to resolve the gukurahundi issue, thereby automatically dividing people as those against the murder of their kith and kin irrespective of race tribe or religion, will clearly see mnangagwa’s denial and failure to recognise victims, apologise or compensate them as a warning sign that Mnangagwa, Zanu pf stalwarts and securocrats can and will someday easily butcher other Zimbabweans as long as they see their monopoly over wealth and power threatened by opposition, activists and other, irrespective of race or tribe.
Mnangagwa’s refusal to allow the diaspora to vote, is because he knows they make up a population of over 6 million Zimbabweans forcibly exiled by his father, Mugabe therefore a massive population generally against Mnangagwa, Zanu pf stalwarts and securocrats, who , if granted the opportunity to vote, will effectively vote them out of power. I can only state that he did the nation agreat favour because he immediately stemmed the flow or return of diaspora Zimbabweans from abroad, back home to their motherland and children’s legacy,..Zimbabwe! Diaspora Zimbabweans can now step up their onslaught of information dissemination to those on the grounds. Remember if you are Zimbabwean in the diaspora, that at the height of struggle in Zimbabwe with inflation running well over 1000%, the diaspora kept the nation running, through exports, duty, sales and supplying food to run the country while helping their families.
The diaspora, have a say in their motherland and should stand up for their rights by pushing for their party of choice, whether MDC Alliance, MDCT, MDC, NAC, NPP and many other, adding up to almost 80 registered parties in the 2018 elections. The diaspora should push their parties to stop the election unless Mnangagwa, Zanu pf stalwarts and securocrats, put in place Electoral reforms that level the political playfield, accout for missing Itai Dzamara and release innocent activists, demilitarise rural areas after giving out 52 four wheel drive vehicles to chiefs, as its known that Mnangagwa deployed over 2000 soldiers across rural areas in January 2018 across rural areas, demilitarise Zec staffing, remove the military from cabinet, recover the missing US$15 billion stolen by Mugabe, invite EU, UN, Sadc and AU amongst other international bodies to monitor the 2018 elections.
The diaspora must effectively remind their families, kith and kin, that they can see the reality from up here and will fearlessly disseminate information doen to the people and press for common sense to prevail as the diaspora, a source of income and survival for the struggling people on the ground must also be part of the transition and that entails allowing the diaspora to vote.
Opposition, know better than to ignore the diaspora, who are a global reflection of the issues on the ground, the powerhouse for opposition in the global village and have direct access . reach and influence through the media to International powers, a critical source of revenue and legitimacy for Mnangagwa’s government. You cannot have your cake and eat it at the same time, therefore, families and the opposition parties must acknowledge the diaspora and work with the diaspora to finish off what they started.
My warning to all Zimbabweans is that Mnangagwa, Chiwenga, Shiri, Zanu pf stalwarts and securocrats did not unseat Mugabe, militarise cabinet and rural areas so that 6months down the line, they hand over power on a silver platter to you all. Mnangagwa, Chiwenga the general who liberated Zimbabwe from oppression for the second time in 38 years and Mohadi are not President and his deputies for nothing, and you will all understand what I mean in the next election if you dio not tread cautiously.
We the people of Zimbabwe are only going into an election to legitimise a coup by Mnangagwa as the Mnangagwa, Chiwenga, Shiri, Zanu pf stalwarts and securocrats regime are aware that their government is illegitimate and the only way they can legitimise their government is to hold an election, where, Zimbabweans vote them into power, then they can rule without trouble as opposition would be history after that.
Be careful not to blindly walk into an election only designed to legitimise acoup and not benefit the people in any way. The MDC T leader Richard Morgan Tsvangirai was warned publicly in advance in 2013 by The MDC leader Welshamn Ncube not to rush into elections without eloectoral reforms which had already been signed up to by parties put in place. Tsvangirai, unfortunately was confident of going into state house as the next president and ignored the red flags put up by Welshman Ncube.
We the people of Zimbabwe must realise that this election is no different from the 31 July 2013 NIKUV ballot which sealed Tsvangirai’s downfall as thereafter he was always in Monday morning teas and stripped all parliamentarians of MDC T mebership, if they had left the party as this automatically gave Zanu pf the majority in parliament and they could chop and change the constitution as they pleased.
Mnangagwa, Chiwenga and Shiri, are powerhouses behind gukurahundi, murambatsvina, chiadzwa genocides, 2008 election violence, murderous white farmer evictions and other crimes against humanity, including stealing the 2008 election ballot from the people, along with bringing the Chinese ship named, the An Yue Jiang .
The ship master was reportedly identified as Captain Sunaijun, with a deadly consignment of 77-tonnes of weapons, three million rounds of ammunition for AK-47 rifles and small arms, 1,500 rocket-propelled grenades and thousands of mortar rounds, mortar tubes and other military weapons, from Beijing destined for Harare at the Zimbabwe Military HQ. Does anyone in their right mind think that these same people Mnangagwa, Chiwenga, Shiri, Zanu pf stalwarts and securocrats who stage managed unseating Mugabe, did this so they can allow a free and fair election that will allow democratic opposition to lead, restore the Rule of Law, recover all corruptly gained wealth mostly by the same people and their accomplices, arrest, prosecute and jail those responsible for all past crimes against humanity? On what plannet do you live for you to believe that they will walk away peacefully and wave you on into Statehouse as peacefully as they did when they stage managed the removal of Mugabe?
I know Zimbabweans are generally gullible but,..wake up Zimbabwe! What opposition need to do at this present moment in time is to steer clear of the falsehood that these people will give power to democratic opposition. Lest you forget, Mugabe still draws massive support from the people, particularly the elederly, rulral folk and many people rightly against oppression of blacks and its not necessarily that the majority were against Zanu pf but rather that they were against the usurping of power by his wife Grace Mugabe who was engineering her rise to succeed him as Zimbabwe’s next president. Everyone was against the fact that Mugabe was now surrounded by a group of G40 criminals, a faction under Grace Mugabe but in reality, no one was against the idea of Black empowerment, addressing past impalances created by racism, oppression of blacks by whites and redistribution of land to the landless blacks,By Sibusiso Ngwenya
