Some Zimbabweans have taken the ‘Zanu pf black empowerment economic policy/ Indigenousation’ to extreme after the  Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) recover 13 Tvs, 4 dvd players , 6 home theatres, 3 gas tanks, 12 gas tanks, 15 pairs of shoes, and various items from a thieves hideout at at Retreat Farm near Waterfalls. In a sense the term ‘Zanu pf black empowerment economic policy/ Indigenousation’ is clearly code for legalised crime to others.
Two suspected thieves from Epworth in Harare ,Ishmael Chepiri and Takudzwa Tarusira, who allegedly raided the Criminal Investigations (CID) Projects Farm in Marondera on August 13, 2018 Photo-and stole property including copper cables worth nearly US$8 000, were arrested after a tip off.
 
Two suspected housebreakers Trymore Katakwa (36) and Fidelis Muchingami (36) from Waterfalls Harare were found with a stash of electrical gadgets and property worth over US$20 000 at a hideout at Retreat Farm near Waterfalls.
 
The goods included 13 plasma television sets, two electric machines, four DVD players, six home theatres, three gas tanks, 12 blankets, 15 pairs of shoes, various clothes and radios, among others all stolen by the thieves between January and 14 August 2018. More news to follow. By Sibusiso Ngwenya
