‘ZIMBABWE, HAS DECRIMINALISED HIV TRANSMISSION by one partner to another , through repealing the law.’

In a nation, with the capital city , Harare having the dirtiest drinking water which has raw sewage and industrial effluent flowing direct to all by tap, regular cholera outbreaks and roads are a death trap with countless accidents, the Zimbabwe Marriages Amendment Bill now in place will repeal a legal provision that criminalises “wilful” transmission of HIV to a partner, now fully approved by the Mnangagwa Zanu pf militarised regime.The government will repeal a clause in the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act that criminalises transmission of HIV by one partner to another would be repealed.
Zimbabwe which less than a decade ago had the highest HIV infection rate, has chosen to reverse the gains made globally in the fight against HIV infection with this shocking decision to decriminalise the transmission of HIV ‘
Clearly the murderous , militarised Mnangagwa Zanu pf regime are not interested in controlling the spread of HIV . This should be alarming to anyone dating or married to a Zimbabwean world wide because they may misinterpret the Zimbabwe Republic Bush Law which normalises the wilful transmission of HIV, as equally applicable across the diaspora. Zimbabwe is part of the SADC (Southern African Development Community) a regional organisation with the following 14 Member Countries (Angola, Botswana, Congo (DR), Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe).
The SADC (Southern African Development Community) region was rated as holding the highest levels of HIV prevalence globally. This ridiculous stance by Mnangagwa’s reverses the progress over the years few years in countering the spread of HIV.
What then is the militarised Mnangagwa Zanu pf regime teaching the people, that it is right to wilfully spread HIV to innocent unknowing partners as its not a crime in Zimbabwe, meaning the over 5 million Zimbabweans spread across the diaspora, when they fly the Zimbabwe flag, they are saying to the world,..’look at us, we are Zimbabweans and promoting free HIV for our country,..arent we all proud to be a highly educated, politically imature, lawless, criminals who readily destroy other people’s lives.
With all due respect to HIV sufferers, the message to everyone out there, if you are involved with a Zimbabwean , wherever you are Black, white, any race, tribe, religion or gender, ask yourself, is it worth losing my life to three seconds of joy or do we test together regularly and live a clean non promiscous sex life, and test for HIV. Life is precious, Zimbabwe must stop normalising HIV transmission. When people fly the flag globally , let it not be associated with free HIV transmission,..wake up Zimbabwe. Mnangagwa’s militarised Zanu pf must fall! We must all work together with the whole world and fight to eradicate the aids epidemic, not spread it like this murderous Mnangagwa militarised Zanu pf are doing.
This is an evil regime, sacrificing human life through its disastrous health policy. They probably think in their warped minds that Zimbabwe has so much minerals because of their blood sacrifices and thats why they hold no respect for human life. This is the same regime which, led by now President Emmerson Mnangagwa as the Minister of State Security, in the early 1980s, butchered over 20,000 unarmed Ndebele in Midlands and Matebeleland along withRtd Gen, Vice President Chiwenga then as Bulawayo’s One brigade commander at Brady Barracks, the centre for all logistics, operations and gukurahundi raids across Matebeleland.
This is the same murderous regime, which butchered many people to militarise the Chiadzwa diamond fields.Chiadzwa is the world’s largest diamond filed found in the last 110 years. They built the largest airport in Zimbabwe in Chiadzwa for weapons from China to be brought in and diamonds , and ivory to be smuggled out. The regime then used two military helicopters to launch a daylight attack against close to 30,000 diamond prospectors in Chidzwa in broad daylight, randomnly shooting at them and killing over 140 people, following it up with soldiers on foot shooting and finishing off those still alive.
Chiadzwa villagers were shifted and promised development, never to be seen and the Chiadzwa area was never developed, yet Mugabe looted over US$15 billion worth of diamonds, yet his clone Mnangagwa granted him immunity from their joint murders and awarded him a US$15 million gloden handshake for a ‘killing well done!’
Remember its the same Mnangagwa Zanu pf regime that led the murderous removal eviction of white farmers from commercial farms, collapse of agriculture , destruction of the economy the back bone of Zimbabwe’s economy, forced over 5 million Zimbabweans to flee across the diaspora, have destroyed a generation of youth by denying them education, health care, housing, education and all opportunities they are entitled to in life. Zimbabwe now suffers from a broken youth, especially in Bulawayo where drug fulled alcohol parties are destroying minors as young as 12 years. Only last weekend Bulawayo police arrested 131 Vuzu party youths, thats how bad the situation is in Bulawayo now, thanks to Mnangagwa’s militarised Zanu pf regime.
I have said it time after time, what is the point of continuing suffering under Mnangagwa’s regime now until 2023 only to be cheated again out of our vote. I repeat, this is a militarised regime who came into power by the bullet and you can never remove them with the ballot,….you do the maths!Zimbabweans need to wake up now and use their acclaimed academic prowess to remove the draconian regime now. There is no point in waiting for 2023, why suffer for so long. It is obvious we need to sacrifice and push them out because either way we will die, so why wait, better we die while trying to remove them. How this will be achieved, its up to the people but opposition leaders and parties should stop wasting Zimbabweans time by waiting for 2023 elections, deal with the crisis now, grab the bull by the horns, either that or Mnangagwa’s militarised Zanu pf regime will rule you until ‘donkey’s grow horn!’ Sibusiso Ngwenya
