Zimbabwe Republic Police officers recovered 660 explosives from bus travelling Harare to Beitbridge yesterday at the 209km peg .

In yet another example of how dangerous it has become to use public transport as heartless people transport all sorts of illegal items ranging from drugs to dangerous items, the police yesterday recovered 660 explosives at around 0200 hours, in a routine roadside search on a bus from Harare to Beitbridge at the 209km peg.
The haul included 660 super 90 Jelly tubes (Explogels), 100 capped fuses and 2 rolls igniting cables weighing 15 kgs valued at RTGS$5 800.00. More news to follow. Sibusiso Ngwenya.
