MORE ZIMBABWE SCAMS: Zimbabweans are always ahead in their scams, for example the ‘Chinhoyi Rock Diesel scam’ and now the Consumer Council of Zimbabwe (CCZ) has revealed that bakers are colouring white flour , brown and selling it as brown bread, effectively selling white bread which made brown by colourants to the unsuspecting gullible Zimbabweans.
While they get away with it, there is a high risk in selling such products to health concious customers or those allergic to white flour or colourants and by default, how much more is found on our shop shelves yet not neccessarily what its said to be? It also means the same con is easily used in medicines sold at counters as its clearly all about money and nobody cares about life. You then realise, many people are not getting any better because they are getting dud or fake medication across the counter without realising they are being conned out of their hard earned cash.
