RUSAPE council employees allege abuse of office by Rusape Council Management again.

This revelation is expected to generate action and response by the ‘offending’ council authority. It has become a norm that management at Rusape Town Council only promote or give favours to their girlfriends whom they employ under unclear circumstances.The rescent events has lead to the majority of Rusape Town council employees to cry loudly to the Ministry of Local Government to interverne as a matter of urgency as conditions of workers has declined and also gave become unbearable.Information reaching the desk is that only those with sexuall relations with senior members of the management are being rewarded handsomely at Rusape Town Counci.Noone is allowed to voice the Town Secretary at what ever cost.Rumour is saying even theTown Council chairman is now stranded.
He even booked to see Mininster July Moyo however he awaits his appointment to be honoured.It seems as if the Human resource manager has the whole show to run.Of late he was being accused of assaulting the now fired ambulance driver,after than he went on to assault a female nurse who had gone to seek refuge from the minister concerning their working conditions.She was then bribed as to withdraw her case..At the main offices other women workers were changed from their departments without anyexplanation.
This is not rumour but the truth..Mr Gabaza employed his girlfriend at Tsanzaguru clinic as well as his administrator’s fiancee as nurse aides in disguise.Later on they nominated them to have driving lessons at council expense citing that they want to make them drivers for ambulance.People are running council business as bedroom issues.Boss’s girlfriends are bullying people from all angles.Only these two girl friends are the ones allowed to do locum. While all other nurse aides are being denied the chances.Council cars are being misused being seen at beerhalls at odd hours even at lodges while some times there is no even ambulance to carry patients..Can this be the way a council is being,run???Councillors where are you.
