BRITISH PRIME MINISTER THERESA MAY has announced plans to call a general election for 8th June 2017.
British Prime Minister Mrs Theresa May had announced plans to call a general election for 8th June 2017 in what is viewed as an attempt to secure the peoples mandate to execute and conclude Brexit negotiations with the European Union (EU). Shares fell heavily after US$45 billion was wiped off the FTSE 100 in the biggest one day fall since Brexit as the pound surged to a six month high after the election announcent according to the metro….More news to follow.
