CHITUNGWIZA TOWN COUNCIL property seized over US$600,000,OO debt
In 2007, Chitungwiza Town council sold stands to metropolitan bank in Nyatsime for US$1, 027,000 for 63 000sqm, however it was later discovered that the same piece of land had been sold off to other purchasers. Yesterday the Sherrif of the court cleared the Chitungiza town council offices of all furniture in the resultant debt recovery. More news to follow. By Sibusiso Ngwenya
