Eight people were reportedly killed in Beitbridge in an accident involving a haulage truck and kombi from Sikhobokhobo area on Saturday.
EIGHT PEOPLE WERE REPORTEDLY KILLED IN AN ACCIDENT IN BEITBRIDGE INVOLVING A HAULAGE TRUCK AND KOMBI FROM SIKHOBOKHOBO AREA ON SATURDAY.

The challenge for Zimbabwe is that at a time when Zimbabwe is celebrating the fall of the despot Mugabe, the stripping of corrupt police road blocks and rogue police powers, there will be a high concentration of unlicenced drivers, careless drivers, drunk drivers, non road worthy vehicles, dangerous drivers, drunk drivers.
This along with the festive season which traditionally has the highest level of accidents and road deaths in Zimbabwe. It is sad to know that because of our nature, many will not live to see 2018 new year because of lawless driving on roads in Zimbabwe. We are now edging into the festive season, a time of tears to many families on Zimbabwe’s roads. Lets change our ways, hold respect for roads and road laws and human life, wild life and live stock,..lets learn to share the road safely else it will not just be goodbye to Mugabe but to many innocent lives!
