MOVEMENT FOR DEMOCRATIC CHANGE ( MDC) expelled the MDC Victoria Falls Mayor Somvelo Dhlamini from the MDC party as of the 24th of February 2020 and advised that Dhlamini now ceases being a Councillor. Sibusiso Ngwenya
