NEWSFLASH: AIR FORCE OF ZIMBABWE COMMANDER MARSHAL PERRANCE SHIRI A.K.A ‘BIGBOY SAMSON CHIKEREMA’ IS PRESIDENT MUGABE’S COUSIN

The Air Force of Zimbabwe commander Marshal Perrance Shiri was born Bigboy Samson Chikerema on 11 January 1955 .
Perrance Shiri’s son Titus Takudzwa Chikerema died on 21st October 2013 at the age of 21 in Harare.
Air Force of Zimbabwe commander Marshal Perrance Shiri, ‘Bigboy Chikerema’ is President Robert Mugabe’s cousin and comes from Zvimba, the president;s rural area.

The Chikeremas are related to President Mugabe’s late mother Bona. James Chikerema’s father was the first black teacher at Kutama Mission where Robert Mugabe went to school. The late nationalist James Chikerema was Robert Mugabe’s cousin but was denied a National Heroes burial by Mugabe because the two were at loggerheads.

In April 1980 elections that brought independance to Zimbabwe, Chikerema’s Zimbabwe Democratic Party that he had formed, didn’t get any seats. James Chikerema went on in 1993 to join the Forum Party of Zimbabwe which was literally of no relevance in the 1995 elections. Mugabe never forgave his cousin James Chikerema and denied the nationalist, a National heroes burial.

This did not surprise people who knew of the differences the two cousins had for each other and the fact that Mugabe was a ruthless unforgiving individual, who in the early 1980s, had killed his own brother Albert for impregnating his wife, the late former First lady Sally Haffron Mugabe. His brother was found floating upside down in a swimming pool at his house in Harare. To date, over three decades later, no inquest report has ever been done, no one arrested or charged, in a common Zanu pf elimination style as seen in the death of Rtd general Solomon Mujuru, who died and was burnt to ashes in his own farm house yet to date no one has ever been arrested or charged over the death of such a high profile figure also the former husband to the fired Zimbabwe Vice President Joice Mujuru.

Perrance Shiri, (Bigboy Chikerema), was in charge of the ruthless Fifth Brigade from 1983 to 1984. The Fifth Brigade was responsible for the slaughter of over 20,000 innocent unarmed Ndebele civilians from Matebeleland and Midlands and called himself Black Jesus because he could determine if you live or not.

There are several controversies including that Air Marshal Perrance Shiri , (Bigboy Chikerema), ‘black jesus’ is Mugabe’s cousin, who, as head of Fifth Brigade with his cousin
Mugabe set out to obliterate the Ndebele region through using the gukurahundi genocide to subjugate, what to date is arguably the most rigid opposition to Mugabe’s rule, probably because they have always been marginalised and faced the most horrendous genocide with 20, 000 Ndebeles being butchered in a time of peace, yet a few years before the genocide, the liberation struggle from 1972 to 1979, a total of 27,000 people died, but that was war!

After the two cousins had teamed up over Gukurahundi, in 1986, Shiri was still raging on, Britain granted Air Marshal Perrance Shiri a place at the Royal College of Defence Studies in London before being appointed as the Air Force of Zimbabwe commander in 1992, after Air Chief Marshal Josiah Tungamirai.

This was the most informed man about the genocide and a key player in that slaughtering Ndebeles was a family agenda between the two cousins yet a massive opportunity was missed to arrest him over the genocide but instead grant him a place at the Royal College of Defence Studies in London while gukurahundi raged on before the Unity Accord of 22 December 1980 which brought an end to hostilities and peace to Matebeleland and Midlands.

Further controversy surrounding Shiri arises from the fact that it is reported online that in 2012 Britain sold crucial spare parts for the Hawk jets to Air Marshal Perrance Shiri ’s Zimbabwe air force, against the advice of the British Foreign Secretary. To those who remember, if this is accurately reported then at the same time the world, Britain at the foremost were up in arms against the despot ;Zanu pf leader Mugabe and his oppressive authority over his own people, would have certainly chosen a most controversial stance by supplying spares for weapons to the dictator at a time when Zimbabweans are spread across the diaspora, fleeing persecution, No wonder then if its true, the British Foreign Secretary would have advised against it but after Royal College of Defence Studies stint in London, nothing is a surprise at all.

I hope people readers now understand the real reason why Mugabe trusted having family, Bigboy Chikerema a.k.a Perrance Shiri run the Ndebele slaughter house a.k.a Fifth Brigade then moved him to another key Security Section, wher he is the Commander of the Airforce of Zimbabwe .

No way would family, Air Marshal Perrance Shiri – Bigboy Chikerema stand by while his cousin Mugabe is removed from power and no amount of negotiation by opposition can convince him to sell out his cousin Mugabe as he knows the two of them are the most wanted with respect to justice over gukurahundi, farm invasions and other human attrocity crimes.

It is not a mistake that he is fixed where he is as head of airforce because its a strategic, last man standing position in defence of the empire if anything goes wrong. I will continue giving people more detail about relationships in the Zanu pf which people are not aware of and hope that a more informed electorate will be able to make better decisions about issues that affect and change their lives. Without establishing the necessary Electoral Reforms in Zimbabwe it is just a dream to assume that Zimbabweans can unseat the despot regime of Mugabe, Zim1 family, Zanu pf stalwarts and securocrats who monopolise wealth and power.

This should clearly demonstrate that Zimbabwe needs, not just to remove Mugabe from power but to dismantle the whole system from the highest which is Robert Mugabe all the way down to the most basic village structure such as chiefs headmen and the like. removing Mugabe only , is of no consequence as Mugabe , over thirty seven years in power , has legitimised crime and corruption by turning state institutions such as parastatals and agriculture into military structures run by retired army officers.

At the same time serving officers including, nine lieutenant-colonels , sixty five majors from the Zimbabwe National Army and senior Zimbabwe Defence Forces officers have been charged with monitoring Zimbabwe’s Command Agriculture programme. the whole system is militarised.

The Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa, a war time ally of Mugabe who was Mugabe’s confidante and personal aide has since independence weaved between posts from Home affairs, State Security and currently Justice Minister at the same time as being Zimbabwe’s Vice President, they have too much wealth to hold onto incase its recovered by a legitimate government for redistribution to deserving people and they need to cover their crimes against humanity and block any attempts to prosecute perpetrators whether through local justice or the ICC in the Hague over their crimes against humanity.

It is fair to say that its just wishful thinking that this corrupt regime will hand Zimbabwe over to you on a silver platter without fighting you for it. I say; currently. a Zimbabwe under the despot Mugabe is more stable than if he suddenly died in power without addressing the issue of succession as the country would descend into anarchy or civil war due to factionalism and fights for power.

The truth is that this caucus of corrupt Mugabe, Zim1 family, Zanu pf stalwarts and securocrats cannot walk away from multiple stretches of multiple farms, looted wealth and power by simply handing the nation over to the people through election and thats why Mugabe says the gun is mightier than the pen. We need a united opposition force with the people’s interests at heart so we can give them our full support. Think carefully when you place that ‘X’ , your vote , your voice on the ballot paper,…are you signing up for oppressive state authority or freedom from ‘black oppressors of blacks’?
