Christmas Disaster As More Than 100 Die In Nigeria Gas Tanker Truck Explosion
Many people have been injured in the blast, which happened as people queued up to refill canisters for cooking Christmas meals in an industrial estate in Nigeria.
While Christmas is a joy for many, it has unfortunately, in Nigeria, turned out to be a nightmare for more than 100 people who were killed when a gas tanker truck exploded, houses and cars in the vicinity fire damaged.
People were queing up to refill gas cylinders for their Christmas cooking at a crowded gas plant in Nigeria, when the tragedy unfolded in Nnewi, an area dominated by a Christian community.
