Chisumbanje Man Rapes & Leaves Niece (4) Unconscious & Bleeding

A man from Chisumbanje area has been arrested for allegedly raping a four year old niece and leaving her unconsciously bleeding through her private part.

Chipinge District police spokesperson Assistant Inspector Blessing Kadzuraumera confirmed the arrest of Crispen Guramhamba of Mashuvani village under chief Garahwa, area in Chipinge.

The police spokesperson identified the man as the uncle to the toddler and said the incident happened on December 156 at 9pm after the man was left in the custody of the child when its mother went top fetch water from the river 3km away from home.

The man was caught red handed raping the toddler by the father of the child who was coming from grazing the cattle and he ran away leaving the child unconscious and bleeding.  The matter was reported to the police by the father  leading to the arrest of the man. The child was taken to St Peter’s Mission Hospital for medical examination. source-manica post
