‘OPPOSITION GRAND COALITION to hold primary elections to choose leader to contest 2018 ballot’-Joice Mujuru.
The former Vice President to Zimbabwe, later the leader of the short lived Zimbabwe People First Party Joice Mujuru now the leader of the embattled National People Party (NPP), claims that a leader for the opposition grand coalition parties will be elected through primary elections.
Joice Mujuru announced yesterday that the chosen leader will then contest the position of Zimbabwe’s President as the grand coalition leader against the despot President Robert Mugabe and his Zanu-PF in the 2018 ballot. In theory this resolves the political divisions between opposition forces and the divisions created amongst opposition supporters. DISCUSS! By Sibusiso Ngwenya
