Members of Parliament are absconding sessions as they would be vending. Most of them would be engaging in money changing and fuel dealing, a legislator has said. This comes after proceedings on May 10 were terminated prematurely at 4.28pm for lack of the 70-member quorum. Only 52 MPs were present at the final count. Patrick Chinamasa, Zanu-PF secretary for legal affairs has claimed Morgan Tsvangirai’s MDC will be the biggest loser from the launch of Joice Mujuru’s Zimbabwe People First (ZPF). Responding to questions without notice time in the National Assembly yesterday Chinamasa said Zanu-PF was not losing sleep over the formation of ZPF.
