AN unrepentant teenager who was convicted six times last year for a series of thefts from motor vehicles, has been re-arrested for allegedly breaking into 30 vehicles. Victoria Falls magistrate Lindiwe Maphosa last Tuesday tried Robert Kelvin Ndimande, 17, from Chinotimba suburb on one of the crimes, while waiting for a probation officer’s report on the others.
