Zimbabwe formerly the bread basket of Africa, feeding Africa with a vibrant agriculture, over the last 20 years, crashed its agriculture and economy, had the highest HIV record in the world, massive cholera outbreak which killed close to 5000 people in 2008 and now , with a suffering people, reportedly a stolen election, the nation of highly educated fools or yes men, has the costliest phone data in Africa,..aren’t we all proud to be Zimbabwen!
 
The data cost is listed as follows: 1-Zimbabwe U$25 per gigabyte Zambia second costliest U$13,27 , peg gig, South Africa third at US$11,33 , Kenya fifth -US$4,81, Tunisia -sixth US$4 and Nigeria seventh US$2,76
 
Tanzania data costs US$4,40, Mozambique US$3,30 while Egypt has the lowest mobile data cost at US$0,84 per gig.
