FOUR die of cholera in Chegutu, a disease that killed over 4000 people in 2008 in Zimbabwe. Neighbouring Zambia has so far had 3260 cases of cholera and 74 cholera deaths in the current outbreak

Zimbabwe is yet again on the verge of the deadly cholera outbreak, that occured in 2008 after sweeping across the country because of Mugabe, Mnangagwa Zanu pf stalwart and securocrats poor service delivery in health care, water, sewage and basic education and information dissemination.
 
The recent cholera deaths, occured between January 8 and 19. The first victim was Laita Mungulisia (80) who died on January 8 followed by three men who bathed and prepared her body for burial without bwearing any protection.
 
A 71 year old man hospitalised on January 17 died a day later.
So far the cholera outbreak has affected18 people, seven women and 11 men, who were put into treatment. Zimbabwe’s authorities believe the disease started from either Zambia or other neighbouring African countries who were battling cholera disease outbreak.
