‘Heal Zimbabwe officials, drag Mugabe to the Constitutional Court’

Two officials from Heal Zimbabwe Trust  have taken their case against Robert Mugabe to Zimbabwe’s Constitutional court (ConCourt), where they seek an order to force Mugabe, to
to investigate his ruthless  Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO) over their endless list of gross human rights abuse allegations. The two, Rashid Mahiya and Hilton Chironga seeking an interdict to force the president Robert Mugabe to employ systems and  mechanisms that will allow investigations of  alleged CIO agents  involvement in murder and abductions of numerous Zimbabweans , dating as far back as independance in 1980 .

The pair’s lawyer, Tendai Biti,   filed an application at the ConCourt in early June 2015 , stating that the president Robert Mugabe is in breach of Section 234 of the Constitution and has no reason to fail to introduce a parliamentary Bill to operationalise the “body that should superintend over the excesses of Mugabe’s security apparatus”.

The highly dreaded, ruthless CIO is ‘national Security’ organ that operates more like a Zanu-PF security wing, as it constantly, harrasses, terrorises, abuses, kills , abducts and arrests Mugabe’s opponents indiscriminately, without trial.
Since independance in April 1980, there have been numerous unaccounted for deaths and disappearances of opposition, activists, and even Zanu PF officials who have stepped ‘out of sync’ with Mugabe and his Zanu PF oppresive ideologies. Sibusiso Ngwenya. source-newzimbabwevision.com.
