Associationof Rural District Councils of Zimbabwe (ARDCZ) president Mr Guy Mutasa has come under fire for unprocedurally awarding a hefty retirement package of over US$300 000, among other perquisites, to the organisation’s chief executive officer, Mr Rodgers Mozhentiy.
