FORMER Zanu-PF activist William Mutumanje, also known as Acie Lumumba, has been arrested, this time for allegedly forging a registration book for his mother’s vehicle, a Toyota Ipsum. FORMER Zanu-PF activist William Mutumanje also known as Acie Lumumba, who was wanted for questioning on charges of undermining the President as defined in Section 33 (2) of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act after he insulted President Mugabe last Thursday, has surrenderedhimself to the police.
