An unlicensed police detective based in Beitbridge has been charged with culpable homicide for fatally knocking down two men on Wednesday evening with his Subaru car. Sources close to the investigations said Darlington Mujabuki hit the pedestrians near the former RedStar wholesale complex at around 5pm.
