‘Zanu PF National Assembly, Mabel Chinomona Now More Than 2 Years In Rainbow Towers Hotel’

Zanu PF is typically milking the nation as, soon after the vice president Phelekezela Mphoko, was reported to have so far spent  a total of almost 300 days living in a hotel at government expense, totalling up to US$120,00 since December 2014.

As if thats not enough, it is now reported  that the National Assembly Mabel Chinomona has also , so far spent  more than two years, living in Rainbow Towers hotel in Harare at government expense. This is the same hotel that the vice president Phelekezela Mphoko is living in.

The Zanu PF ruling party, typically abuses state funds through such wasteful expenditure for its apologist senior officials accommodation  expenses in hotels.

This may actually be the reason why the vice president recently announced that Zimbabwe is sitting on about US$15 trillion worth of diamonds, gold and platinum mineral resources waiting to be mined.

It is obvious he is desperate to justify his wasteful lifestyle by postulating a rich Zimbabwe Republic to the suffering, hungry and destitute Zimbabweans. By Sibusiso Ngwenya
