While its obvious that the broke, Mugabe’s Zanu PF regime is broke and the people are suffering, Zimbabwe’s Government is releasing  US$6,4 million for Children Of War Vets school fees which will be available to beneficiaries with effect  from Monday.

In a meeting earlier this week on Thursday ,  President Robert Mugabe promised the liberation struggle war veterans that Treasury will now be paying school fees for the first term of 2016 arrears and hopefully settle arrears dating back as far as 2013 third term fees. He added that Treasury will soon release bills for the second term of the year 2016.

The nation is suffering collapsed Service Delivery In Health Care, Education,  Housing, Water Reticulation, Roads and Transport and Employment, yet the oppressive Mugabe has not only yielded to war veterans pressure but gone to butter them with this expected release of US$6 million dollars for their children’s school fees.

It is fair to say that all is not equal in life as now we can all see that the war veterans who led the collapse of the economy through their murderous eviction of white farmers from commercial farms and collapsed , Agriculture, the backbone of Zimbabwe’s economy, are still receiving preferential treatment through this fund.

During the liberation struggle, Zimbabweans were not sitting back but rather giving transport, equipment and logistics support sheltering, feeding, clothing and protecting and ‘sexual favours’ to  the liberation struggle fighters, now war veterans of the independance struggle.

The fact that the whole nation is suffering under economic hardships created by war veterans and the corrupt despot Zanu PF president Mugabe, yet he chooses to ignore that and channel much needed funding which could better be used for all people, instead towards his partisan war veterans totally throws ‘Equality’ out of the window.
